Connect@Friends
New to Friends? We'd like to invite you to Connect@Friends, a monthly brunch where you will hear from our Lead Pastor Matthew Cork about the mission and vision of Friends Church and enjoy a light brunch with staff. Connect@Friends takes place at 10:30a.m. in Guest Central. Next Connect@Friends Dates: June 23rd.

Faith 101
Faith 101 is a 6 week group experience designed for people who are new to faith in Christ, have questions about what it means to be a Christ follower or just want to understand the basics of being a Christian. This discussion based group is facilitated by non-threatening leaders and covers topics such as: Who is Jesus?; Religion, Grace and Jesus; The Bible; Prayer; and How to Grow in Your Faith. When you attend one of our weekend gatherings, you'll enjoy upbeat music and practical messages that help you deal with real life issues. When you join us in the main worship center in one of our services we want to help you connect with the personal hope and practical help that God can give us.

Music
Music has the power to speak to the heart. The music at Friends is done with excellence and authenticity. Our team of musicians love God and love to worship Him through music. Your heart will be encouraged by the lyrics and inspired by the beauty of the music.

Message
We determine to teach from the Bible in a way that is true and relevant to our daily lives. You will find practical help and spiritual truth for life. We consistently teach the good news of God reaching to us through Jesus because of His great love for us. You will not find religion here-- a system of rules by which we earn God’s favor. The message of Christ is about grace--that Jesus did for us what we could not do for ourselves; and because of His life, death and resurrection we live out of gratefulness to follow Him.

Mission
Our mission is to become a community of authentic Christ followers who impact the world locally and globally with the love and compassion of Jesus. You will hear about how we partner with local organizations to make a difference around the corner. You will also learn about our love for India and the amazing work God is doing there through Friends.
