New Groups Forming Fall 2013

Leadership Development for men is a dynamic group life growth experience that equips men to be strong, effective Christian leaders. This 9-month growth plan is designed to model, teach, and encourage practical application of biblical principles that build a foundation for living life in Christ. WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRACK?

It is a disciple making initiative to help men in the area of spiritual formation. The goal is to empower and equip men in the Christian faith, to involve them in authentic community, to have their lives transformed, to equip them to serve in the church and impact their world for Christ.

You will be in a mid-size group of no more than 75 guys which are organized in small groups for table discussion with a few (3 - 5) other men that will meet on a weekly basis for 1 ½ - 2 hours with the ultimate goal of completing the series in (4) 8 week studies.
